Abstract

This paper presents a brief review about eugenics and itsrelationship with mental tests, in Peru from 1900 to 1930. The control established by the elite regarding health norms is emphatized. This paper tries to explain whatsome intellectualiststhought about thisracist and pseudo scientific doctrine.
