Abstract

Any surgery for ordinary that it's seen can be to cause complications but a hematoma of the penis and pelvis after a circumcision is a rare occurrence. I is a 52 year-old patient that in the postoperative one immediate after one circumcision presented hematoma in penis that he extends until pelvis and scrotum. It is analyzed the epidemic aspects and surgical treatment of the hematoma post -circumcision.
