Abstract

Scientific research is constituted in the universities in the backbone, through which science and technology are created, thus guaranteeing the permanent development of the institution. Biomedical sciences are not part of the so-called exact sciences, such as physics or mathematics, however, scientific rigor demands and requires full respect for ethical values, in them there are valid principles, which differ according to the field in which the investigation is oriented.
