Abstract

The penis carcinoma is a tumor that represents 1% of those approximately the male's tumors. The variety verrucoso is not very frequent, aggressive locally although in a slow way, non metastizante, and it demands an I diagnose strict anatomy pathological. It is presented to a 72 year-old patient with lesion in penis of 4 years of evolution. To the biopsy carcinoma verrucoso. He was carried out penectomía partial with borders free of carcinoma in the operative piece. Going the patient tempranamente to the consultation, the clinical suspicion, the biopsy and the opportune treatment can save the life to the patient.
