The present study aimed to analyze the problem of discrimination and the perspectives of inclusive education in Peru, considering their impact on school coexistence and the construction of a more equitable educational system. The research was conducted under a qualitative approach, basic type, and a systematic documentary review design, based on the analysis of academic, scientific, and theoretical sources published over the last twenty years. The findings reveal that discrimination continues to manifest within educational institutions through practices of exclusion, inequality, and symbolic violence associated with ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic factors. Likewise, inclusive education was identified as a fundamental alternative for promoting diversity recognition and democratic participation within schools. It is concluded that strengthening inclusive policies, pedagogical leadership, and teaching practices oriented toward respect, equity, and appreciation of cultural and social differences is essential.
