Environmental Monitoring in the Molinera Sudámerica S. A. C. - Lambayeque

Abstract

This research was developed in the Molinera South América S.A.C, located in Department of Lambayeque, a private company that focuses on the process of husked rice whose production are set in different markets of the region and the north of the department. La Molinera South América aware SAC preservation and conservation of life, health and sustainable development of the environment is ready to fulfill scrupulously all laws on environmental matters governing our legal system between them and a priority the rules contained in Title XIII of the Penal Code, based on environmental crimes. The objective of this research is environmental monitoring in South América SAC Lambayeque Molinera accordance with the current regulations in the environmental sector in Perú. The methodology used is purposive, whose design is divided into two stages, the first is fieldwork where the assessment and measurement of environmental impact and information gathering was held. This information gathering was to conduct environmental monitoring to measure different environmental parameters such as air quality, with a gas analyzer mark RKI model EAGLE meteorological variables with a portable weather station brand Davis Vantage Vue, georeferencing took a bookmark GARMIN GPS map60CSx model, to measure particulate matter PM2.5 sampler vol brand ECOTCH Mmi 1100 model was used, the measurement of environmental and occupational noise was made with an impulse integrating sound level meter mark CIRRUS 811 C model and indexes diversity of flora transects of 100m in length were selected by 10 wide placed under the sampling criterion for convenience in sectors considered of the company South América SAC, data were entered into the computer program BIO DAP to determine the rate of Shannon- Wiener and Cody index and Routledge. AND In this investigation it was concluded that: Milling S.A.C South america in the process of milled rice has a high level of noise due to comprenssor and a high rate of particulate matter. The other environmental parameters is like the case of gases, do not exceed the maximum permitted levels.
