Information system based on web technologies to improve the management of the area of human resources in the pyme Xirect Software Solutions of the city of Trujillo

This paper entitled "INFORMATION SYSTEM BASED ON WEB TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES AREA IN THE SMALL XIRECT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS OF THE CITY OF TRUJILLO" had as its main goal to improve the management of human resources with respect to its workers; This was due to the fact that during the development of the practices carried out, it was possible to denote the existence of this difficulty during the administrative work of said company, being that the aforementioned human resource management did not have a system that would optimize its processes for Help in decision making. Through the implementation of the mentioned Information System, significant improvements will be achieved in this company, since this system will automate operational processes, provide a platform for information needed for decision making and, most importantly, will achieve competitive advantages in the business field In order to improve the productivity and performance of business management processes. Due to the above mentioned and due to the observations and monitoring of the management processes that were carried out in this company, data collection through interviews and surveys was started with the results of the present project; In addition, the general objective was to improve the satisfaction of the workers of the company. In the face of all this, it was determined that the company under study has an inadequate administration regarding the management of information of the company and the workers. With the objectives obtained, the following indicators were established: staff satisfaction, generation of contracts and generation of returns. For the development of the information system, the XP methodology was used, which allowed rapid and rapid development of software development processes. After that, the indicators were evaluated using the T Student method for the data analysis, resulting in that the level of satisfaction of the workers before implementing the proposed system was 38.66% and now it is 86.66%; In addition it was possible to reduce the time in the generation of contracts of 49.76 minutes to 9.36 minutes, and also it was managed to reduce the time in the generation of sheets from 231.16 minutes to 22.12 minutes. Due to the aforementioned, the following problems of the company are concluded: omission of payment slips, delayed delivery of contracts, mismanagement of workers' information and, nally, delay in the delivery of payrolls.
