The present study aims to minimize dependence Sein by the company DANPER SAC, installing a turbine Brayton cycle, which exploit the energy contained in the (preconditioned) biomass discarded by the company while reducing the industrial oil consumption No. 6 in the four boilers that currently owns the company. The average annual consumption of S.E. is 4'477,750.00 kwhr The energy contained in the agro-industrial organic waste is refined through biodigesters and purifiers. Biomethane mass now needed to meet US demand was calculated He obtained a now of 0.168 kg / s, then proceeded to select a gas turbine with a power of 2 MWe; It was sized and selected electrical conductors - 1x3x70mm2. After performing energy analysis in the turbine we proceeded to design an air preheater to increase the temperature 80 ° C intake air to the boilers; saving industrial oil No. 6 and reduction of CO2 and SO2 which involves the implementation of the preheater it was determined. The biomethane storage tank was dimensioned for a capacity of 1240.2 ft3, then biomethane purier was selected for a now of 460 Nm3 / h then the type and dimensions of anaerobic lagoons is determined. Finally, the investment costs for fixed assets and the total net profit is calculated by executing the nancial analysis NPV and IRR lar tools; where it was shown that the project is viable.
