In the era of globalization, it is necessary to improve the foundations of business entrepreneurship, through the creation of a business model for technology-based companies targeting international markets. Technology-Based Companies have become an example of successful collaboration between industry and academia. Because the term “academia” is associated with “university”, the institutionalized universities in the Department of La Libertad and their relationship with businesses were identified. The results were poor.
