Standardization of the "Knowing my emotions" emotional intelligence test for schoolchildren between 8 and 14 years of age

Abstract

The present study, that it corresponds to the field of the Psychometry, had as objectives: The adjusting, Normalization and establishment of the Dependability and Validity of a psychological diagnostic- utility instrument in order to the psychologists of the educational and social field to the extent of the Emotional Intelligence (E.I) in diverse areas such as the personal relations, intrapersonal, adaptability in order to the solution of problems, Optimism and Emotion's drive and, at the same time, having the E.I diagnosis. And, As product of Normalization's work, it has happened to me that they have elaborated the tariff lists with Standards Percentiles in order to the population in general and in order to the study groups (students of 8 to 14 years ) than in total both sexes's people, educational institution's proassignors state and prevailed of Trujillo and Lima do 2,400's sign. In the same way, it has happened to me that they have accomplished Confiabilities and Validities' technical studies of the test with highly significant aftermaths at the same level as confidence of the 0.05. We made a contribution to Lima and Trujillo's psychological community with this instrument with a test adapted, and utensil to the Diagnostic.
