Design of the infrastructure of the health post Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo, district of Florencia de Mora, Trujillo, La Libertad

Abstract

Due to the need for a more complete health establishment, which provides quality care during the 24 hours, the present investigation of a quantitative nature and its simple descriptive design is presented. Thus, it shapes the proposal for the design of a new infrastructure with the necessary environments and correctly distributed in two modules, the first module of two levels and the second of a single level on an area of 929m2, with flat orography, which does not present disadvantages for its development. Three pits were made where material samples were obtained that are poorly graded sand (SP) according to SUCS and fine sand A-3 (0) with 3.74% fines and a carrying capacity of 1.88 kg / cm2, which is why within the design they have been considered foundation beams of 40 x 40cm that connect to the pads and thus gives more stability to the structure. The structural modeling was carried out, respecting the seismic parameters and subsequently the design of the structural elements such as lightweight slab of 20 cm thickness for both modules and a solid slab also of 20 cm, main beams in the first

module in horizontal direction of 30x30 cm, 30x35cm and 30x40cm and vertically 30x20cm, in the second module beams 30x30cm and in the perimeter fence of 25x20cm, columns in the first module of 30x30cm, 30x40 and 35x40cm, in the second module of 35x35cm and in the perimeter fence 30x30cm and 25x30, a staircase of four sections and two breaks, surrounded by plates of 30 cm thick that give rigidity to the structure. The design of the water and drainage network was also made, including a 3.75 m3 tank and a Rotoplas elevated tank of 1100 liters, as well as the design of electrical installations, providing electrical energy to the building. The environmental impact study was also carried out to find several effects of low intensity for which mitigation measures were proposed, ending with the development of the budget S /. 1950 382.88, which will allow us to know the approximate value of the work.
