Abstract

The present research is called: "Virtual agent (ChatBot) TABOO with legal skills to improve the fluidity of information on legal processes at the notary Paino of the city of Lima", this report so that it fulfills its objective within the company. they had to interview the manager as well as the collaborators;

The purpose of this study is to improve the processes of information exchange, having as  objectives the reduction of calls and emails by customers by placing another information channel at their service with a more personalized attention It was considered to use the ICONIX methodology after analyzing a set of methodologies with the help of experts; this methodology contains four phases: Analysis of Requirements, Analysis and Preliminary Design, Design, Implementation and tests.
