Abstract

 In the present investigation, the design of a third class road was elaborated, the main objective was to carry out the "Improvement at the level of the San Salvador - San Francisco - Mushit - Licame - La Unión, Chugay District De Sánchez Carrión - La Libertad "; To determine if it meets the standards of AASHTO and the Manual of Geometric Design of Roads of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, taking into account the quality and costs. The project includes the design of a third-class road at a declared level of 11,480 km in length. The route was designed according to the parameters described in the geometric road design manual of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, reporting a design speed of 30 km / h. And the Works of Art, which were designed according to the specifications contained in the SENAMHI and the Ministry of Agriculture for the estimation of precipitation. It was also considered to carry out the Environmental Impact Study, then proceed to perform the metrados and the corresponding analysis, in order to obtain the budget
