Abstract

 

 This project entitled "Portal E-Commerce B2C to improve marketing of the Millennial Arts Muchik Association in the city of Trujillo" is based on a web platform that allows to solve the problems of the Association of Artisans in the city of Trujillo in 2015, by increasing the number of products sold per month, reducing the time to process a sale and increasing the level of satisfaction associated with managing customer information.

At present and in this globalized world, there are business opportunities, among the most popular in our country is agriculture, fishing and the production and marketing of handicraft product; which it is why the proposal for an E-Commerce Portal aims to improve the marketing of the Art Association Millennial Muchik providing solutions to their problems. You being those mentioned below: Dissatisfaction with the number of sales made per month because its products do not have enough reach to the consumers. Dissatisfaction in the average time to process a sale because the buyer tends to connect with the artisan producer via phone calls to negotiate the sale, sometimes causing delays by the time difference with customers and call costs. And last but not least, dissatisfaction by members regarding the management of customer information, as only

recorded in a notebook the customer's phone number without having an accurate record of the purchase that performs certain customer and the type of preferences, for example.

This proposal has been developed with the Iconix methodology, with programming tools like PHP, manager MySQL database, so that is efficient and easily accessible to users.

These tools do not need to pay any license for its use and helps lessen costs in the development of the proposed solution.
