Abstract

 

 

 In the present Investigation studied the development of a System Interpreter of alternative language that had like purpose improve the communication of the deaf people of the Association of deaf of The Freedom - Trujillo. It developed a system for desk, which has like aim delete the barriers of communication that exist between the society and the deaf people, asi same; it was integrated with potential tools like MatLab for a better development with artificial neural networks. The type of investigation that followed was applied and pre-experimental.

It used like method of analysis of data the Proof Z of Difference of averages and like methodology of development used the methodology ICONIX, Which arrived to choose by that subjected to selection of elections of the methodology that more adapt to the system developed and checked that it is the most acceptable for the attainment of the present investigation.

Besides with the implantation of the system attained : Reduce the time average of communication in the deaf people, increase the media between the society and the deaf people, Increase the number of deaf people in the labour insertion, of equal way that attained reduce the costs of contracting of translators of signals in the deaf people.

It concluded that with the implementation of the system improved significantly the communication of the deaf people of the Association of deaf of The Freedom.
