Design of the Educational Institution - Sector 3B for the primary and secondary levels in C.P.M Alto Trujillo - District El Provenir - Province of Trujillo - Department La Libertad

Abstract

The development of this thesis is the application of various skills to develop appropriate design of an educational building; the fundamental objective is to develop the “ design school - 3b sector for the primary and secondary levels in Trujillo Alto CPM - District El Porvenir - Province of Trujillo - La Libertad Department “ to determine if it meets the standard Seismic reinforced concrete and masonry considering the quality and costs.
To achieve the stated objective it had to carry out the survey of the land, soil survey, make an architectural description , structural analysis from the pre-dimensioning , to get results that prove that the design meets the RNE , that is functional , safe and economic .
Has employed an arcaded in classrooms and SS.HH module system , this was done in order to provide the proper structure lateral stiffness in order to have better control over the lateral displacements to seismic events. We also have a mixed system on stage, and in the area where the tank of Sports will be located.
Later the structural pre-dimensioning and metrado vertical loads, seismic analysis to develop ensuring that compliance with Standard E - 030.
Performed seismic analysis, it was found that the stiffness assigned in each direction was adequate. All the structural elements are designed in compliance with the provisions of Reinforced
Concrete Standard E - 060 and Masonry Design rule E - 070. The designed structural elements were: lightened slabs, beams, columns, foundations, stairs, tank and elevated tank and masonry . Sanitary and electrical installations, are designed in accordance with the provisions of the National Building Regulations, it was also considered essential to make a report analyzing the environmental impact.
