The general objective of this research study was “To determine the level of resistance to force of the soccer players of the sub-15 team of the soccer clubs, Trujillo. This descriptive research, with a non-experimental design, is based on carrying out physical tests of resistance to force. For their application, the sample consisted of 60 youngsters in the sub-15 category from a population of soccer players from three of the best teams in the city of Trujillo: Club Deportivo Universidad César Vallejo, Club Deportivo Carlos Mannucci and Club Deportivo Carlos Tenaud. In this study we used the 1-minute abdominal test, the push-up test, and the squat test. The results obtained from resistance to force in sub-15 sports teams are as follows: It is excellent in 63.3% and average in 33.3%. There is a regular indicator of 3.3% respectively, and no results were found in the low level. These results will allow the specialist or the physical trainer to create new exercises or training methods to improve resistance to strength in soccer players under 15.
