Labor informality and its relationship to job performance of MYPES sector of restaurants urb. San Nicolas 2015

Abstract

This research aims to determine the existence of a relationship between labor informality and job performance in Mypes of the restaurants sector in the Urb. San Nicolas 2015. This type of research is a correlational study with a non-experimental design. The population consisted by Mypes of the restaurants sector located in Urb San Nicolas, it was developed using an interview guide applied to each worker in order to determine the existence or not of labor informality.; and evaluation of job performance was measured by an evaluation form (graphic scale method) and finally the Spearman correlation coefficient was used to determine the existence of the relationship between the variables. Concluding that there is a direct relationship between labor informality and job performance of workers in the sector Mypes restaurants (rs = 0.800).
