Abstract

The research intends to know the level of process maturity of the Assistance Network Management Liberty during the 2015 period; based on the theory of process maturity model proposed by Hammer called PEMM (Enterprise Process Maturity Model). To do this, it was conducted a descriptive non-experimental research in the processes of the procurement office of the Management of the Assistance Network La Libertad, by interviewing managers of each process to answer a checklist then analyzed the data collected in rubric to assess process maturity model PEMM, and previously a documentary analysis for information on assessment processes. As people at all processes that are within the management of the Healthcare Network La Libertad, through convenience sampling processes that make office acquisitions of Management which is responsible for recruitment it was considered of goods and services. From this, levels of process maturity of seven evaluated concerning the programming and acquisitions, and the storage unit was determined; which are tender process and open competition is in the P-1 level, the direct purchases in the P-0 level process directly award public or selective in the P-2 level, awarding minor at the P-3, receipt of goods at the P-3 level, storage of goods in the P-3 level and clearance of goods at the P-3 level.
