Family functioning and antisocial behavior in adolescents in state educational institutions

Abstract

It was analyzed the relationship between family functioning and antisocial behavior, in a simple of 258 students at the high school level of 3 Educational institutions  belonging to Chimbote. The research design assumes a non-experimental, correlational descriptive study. The instruments used were the Questionnaire for the evaluation of CASIA and Family Functioning Scale (EFF). We found a significant relationship of family functioning with antisocial behavior without aggressiveness, since this very ditched the verbal aggression. The levels of family functioning it was found that 30% is at a low level and in the case of the antisocial behavior with aggression is with a 6,2% and with no aggression is with a 29,8%. So also in the variable of family functioning differences were found concerning the age, however in the antisocial behavior is found no differences in the sex, was more aggressiveness in males.
