Abstract

The purpose of this article, is to study some fundamentals relating to fundamental rights related to the activity of human being in the online social networks, such as the image, the honor and privacy; salving the resize function of the civil liability, in a constitutional rule of law. Assuming the civil liability of the user for violations of fundamental rights in online social networks; low budgets mixed between the classics and other special, giving rise to the Article. 1970-A in the Peruvian Civil Code.
