Abstract

Given the impressive development of information technology in recent years, many public and private companies looking for ways to bring their products to the door of the home of your customers, using information technology and communications to automate your sales process. The main objective of the research was to improve the service delivery of the company Fito bread city of Trujillo. To develop research the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology was used. Technologically research how to build rich web, desktop and mobile platforms oriented applications using the tools provided by Microsoft Corporation ©. That is why we developed applications in Silverlight, Windows Presentation Foundation and Windows Phone, all based on XAML (extensible Application Markup Language), and access to data using Windows Communication Foundation . Once built computer systems, the study variables were measured by statistical tests of different types. With the computer system the time ordering was minimized, it was also possible to minimize time in the preparation of reports and the level of customer satisfaction with respect to service time increased
