Abstract

Business administration is going through major changes, leaving in the past the idea that organizations achieve their goals, without a guide for administrative management, but in Peru has not yet applied this new approach. Therefore, through this article we propose to determine the effects of improperly applied the administrative processes (planning, organizing, directing and controlling) Mypes in San Juan de Lurigancho. To this end, we worked with a representative sample of 86 units of statistical analysis, drawn from a population of 227 micro-entrepreneurs, Huascar Market 10 in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. Also analyzed the relationship between the implementation of administrative processes (independent variable) and profitability, customer satisfaction, employees, suppliers (dependent variables).
