Nivel de satisfacción de la atención prenatal y su relación con la condición de aseguramiento de las gestantes

In order to determine the relationship between the level of satisfaction of prenatal care and life insurance status of pregnant women receiving prenatal care in the Trujillo Regional Hospital during March to June 2012, was conducted non experimental research cross-sectional, prospective, descriptive, correlational and causal, in 64 pregnant women. For data collection technique was used for the quiz, the instrument was a questionnaire, based on the level of satisfaction of prenatal care, and insurance status, taken from the guide standards and quality indicators of the Ministry of Health. It was concluded that no significant relationship (p = 0,481> 0,05) between the level of satisfaction of prenatal care and insurance status of pregnant women. But there is significant relationship in terms of waiting time (p = 0,044 <0,05) and treatment (p = 0,042 <0,05), dimensions of quality care to achieve satisfaction amongst patients with the condition assurance. It also concluded that those pregnant women with SIS are not satisfied in 85,7% with the care provided while you do not have SIS 37,5% are moderately satisfied.
