The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the "Global Construction" method on the learning of the Braille system in the teachers of the CEBE N° 001- 002 and PRITE2 . For this purpose, a pre-experimental design with pre and post-test was used in a non-probability sample of 21 teachers of the CEBE N° 0001-0002 and PRITE in Tarapoto-Peru. The results indicated that the level of learning achievement before the application of the global construction method was regular for 28.57% of the teachers, which means that it was on the way to achieving the expected learning. However, after the application of the method, it iwas at a level from regular to good, for 52.38% and 38.10% of teachers, respectively, demonstrating the achievement of the expected learning and even demonstrating a solvent and very satisfactory management in all the proposed tasks. It was concluded that the global construction method had an effect on the learning of the Braille system because the activities developed had a dynamic and didactic character emphasizing the sensory, corporal, manual and abstract components (reading and writing) systematically getting the teacher to internalize the Braille code in a progressive way.
