Internal communication and labor productivity in tarapoto enterprises

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Internal Communication and Labor Productivity among the employees of FerroHogar S.A.C. in the city of Tarapoto. The study was descriptive-correlational, with non-experimental design of quantitative approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire that had a limited number of items according to the dimensions and indicators of the variables Communication and labor productivity. A Crombach Alpha reliability of 0.751 for Internal Communication and 0.708 for Labor Productivity was obtained. The study population consisted of 50 company employees. Through Pearson's test, a positive correlation was determined between the variables Internal Communication and Labor Productivity with a significance of p = 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion was to take measures or training, depending on the communication developed within the company, and, also, design strategies to strengthen the productivity of each employee
