Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that limit the employability of youngsters called Nini in the province of Trujillo during the year 2017. This has been a descriptive and nonexperimental research, whose measurement instrument was an employability questionnaire made up of 18 questions applied to young people, between the ages of 15-24 years, who neither study nor work and who reside in the province of Trujillo. According to the results, the factors that limit the employability of young Ninis are personal, social and governmental, among which the most relevant

was the governmental factor.
