Latent factors associated with the participation of the women on the market in the District of Trujillo

Abstract

The present investigation tries to identify the latent factors associated with the participation of the woman on the labor market in the district of Trujillo, as well as to determine the profile of the hard-working woman in function to the variables of labor participation. The population under study was constituted by all the women from 14 to 65 years of age that they were working in the district of Trujillo, of which there took a sample stratified according to sector public and deprived of size 284. The capture of information was done across a questionnaire by means of direct interview. The statistical analysis of the information carried out using the methods ofthe Analysis Factorial of Multiple Correspondences One concludes that the latent factors associated at the level of participation of the woman on the labor market in the district of Trujillo are: labor and of professional performance, f overcoming and occupational category, labor activity and valuation. Likewise there decided the profile of the hard-working woman of the district of Trujillo depending on the modalities of the active variables giving as result that 65.84 % has educational top level, 62.68 % does not have headquarters of home, 66.90 % has profession according to his work, 60.21 % has less than 5 years of service in his current center of labors, 85.56 % does not present index of machismo, 64.44 % has index of tradition low relative, 51.76 % has a good index of satisfaction personal, 40.14 % is satisfied at work, 75.35 % presents an index of excellent overcoming, 73.24 % has a good index of independence, 88.38 % has index of good authoritarianism, 87.68 % has goal of overcoming, 72.18 % belongs to the private sector and 25.70 % his branch of activity is services transport, banks, insurances, electricity, water, communications, community, social and recreative services, followed by 23.24 % whose branch of activity is services education.
