This article reports the results of research called "The creativity in decision making through the use of instructional strategies the teacher. Case: Students from second half of the Social Work Program at the University Mariana in the course of Epistemology. To describe how it came to understanding the creative process developed in the investigation, the article outlines the most important aspects of diagnosis up to the students before starting the research process, then there is a description of the development of teaching strategies implemented in class and analyzed how are you contributed in changing the attitudes and skills of students in front of decision-making from the course of Epistemology.
