The purpose of this research is to analyze the Natural Resource "Wetlands of Villa Maria in Chimbote city, to study the problem from an urban and architectural perspective and environmental issues, identify the causes of the deterioration of this ecosystem, and propose alternative solution to the existing degradation process due to the pollution in the city. The study focuses on achieving a sustainable proposal framed within the parameters of concerted planning and architecture that respects the natural environment, in order to avoid the loss of natural areas and great wealth as this ecosystem, and thus avoiding future consequences the quality of life, urban and environmental and habitat of the residents of both districts.
