Abstract

The aim of the research is develops a model for the evaluation of the educational performance and the strategy for its application in the Faculty of Management Sciences, once validated the teachers of the University will be devoted to all and this way at contributing to the constant improvement of the performance of the teacher and the academic quality of the institution. For this there was realized the diagnosis and analysis of the current situation of the evaluation of the educational performance in the Faculty of Management Sciences. One worked with the Profile of the Teacher of the Faculty the Regulation of Evaluation, the counterfoil of Evaluation, the Instruments of Evaluation, the Policies, Strategy and the Procedure. Curricular took as a reference the advances of the academic evaluation. Permanent meetings were had by academic and administrative authorities: the Vicerrector, Deans, Directors, Director of General Formation and teachers. The Model of Evaluation of the Educational developed Performance is orientated to obtain the purpose sumative and formative; the first will allow to take administrative decisions of promotion and ratification of the teacher and the formative one will carry to achieving a progressive development of the teacher as person, as teacher and, consequently, that of the rest of the components and functions that are given in the process of education and learning.
