Sports Information System via web to Improve Administration of Information in Trujillo's District Volleyball Sports League

The objective of this research was to demonstrate that the Administration of Information in Trujillo's
District Volleyball Sports League (TDVSL) can be improved, with a sports information system via web,
which has been developed under the XP methodology taking into account the focus on improving customer
service. The administration of the Information was significantly improved with the development of the
proposal through the reduction in time of registration and consultation of the sports information. In the
investigation, 66 sportsmen and women belonging to the TDVSL were taken as a significant sample. For the
analysis of the information, interviews, surveys and constant observation were used in the activities
carried out by the users. The type of research was applied and the experimental design of Pre-Experiment
type was used. For the demonstration of our hypothesis, the parametric statistical Student T Test and
Normal Z distribution were used. Finally, the sports information system allowed to reduce the average time
of registration of the information of the Sports Affiliation Form by 41%, the average time of registration of
the information of the Sports Transfer Form by 35%, the average time of search of the information of the
sportsperson in 92%. Finally, the level of satisfaction of the sportsmen and women increased in 54.82%,
fulfilling the objectives of the investigation.
