Strategies to promote the development and management of public spaces in the Santa Rosa sector - District of Moche

This research was developed with the objective of evaluating participatory management to promote the development and management of public spaces in the Santa Rosa-Moche District. Being the citizen and municipal participation the main strategy to promote the development and management of public spaces, for which a type of non-experimental study was carried out, with a descriptive design, having as a unit of analysis the public spaces and as a sample 310 Villagers and 6 municipal representatives. The instruments were validated by judges criteria and reliability through the SPSS-V23 statistical software. Data analysis is performed through descriptive statistics, the distribution of simple and percentage absolute frequencies, measures of central tendency, dispersion measures and internal consistency statistics, obtaining a predominantly average level in citizen participation and a low level in municipal participation. It was concluded that participatory management at a high level is vital to promote the development and management of public spaces in the Santa Rosa-Moche district.
