The culture of Arthrospira jenneri microalgae was evaluated using a horizontal multitubular photobioreactor with a system to capture CO2 from the combustion gases of a tare biomass boiler; for this purpose, Arthrospira jenneri "espirulina" was collected from the Chou- Chou wetlands in the district of Salaverry, La Libertad, using as culture medium 2% vinasse and 2.6 g of NaHCO3/L at pH 8.5, measured with water at 250 mL sterilized at 121°C for 20 minutes with constant agitation and permanent aeration, at an average temperature of 25°C. The culture was placed in the photobioreactor (culture immobilized on biofilm) fully exposed to solar radiation (photoperiod 12:12); the culture fluid was pumped at a flow rate of less than 0.5m/s. Harvesting was carried out every week, obtaining 0.11 g /L/day.
