Preliminary Identification Secondary Metabolites Produced in Induced by Callos “Corpus Way” Gentianella bicolor (Wedd.) Fabris exJ.s. Pringle.
Keywords:
Corpus way, Gentianella, Biotechnology, Secondary metabolites, CallusAbstract
The corpus way is a peruvian medicinal plant, is used commonly for hepatic disease, appetite increase (Ríos y Ventura, 1991; Colquicocha y Lozano, 2001), clear blood and against the acne (Bussman et al, 2008).The plant complete is used in infusion. The present investigation was identify the secondary metabolites produced by callus inducted in Corpus Way, at a time contribute on knowledge upon the chemical composition of the herb and the possibility of producing yours secondary metabolites through the tissue culture. It determined the protocol for the in vitro and for inducing the callogenesis. For identify the secondary metabolites presents in, the plants recollected in Quiruvilca district its separated in flowers, roots and leafs and to start of its obtained extracts with dichloromethane, ethanol, acid water and water, respectively. The extracts are analysed by test of “the drop” in Preliminary Assay Phytochemical. The secondary metabolites produced by callus in “Corpus Way” induced with 2ppm of 2,4-D. and 0.2 ppm of Kinetin in médium culture in vitro Murashige- Skoog to start of a young leaf of plant flowering at forty days of introducing and ten days of development of callus be: esteroids, flavonoids, tannins, leucoantocianidins and free aminoacids. The callus be compacts and with rate of growth of 0.375mm for day. Up to ten days of callus development it not find quinones, cardiotonics and saponins that if it find in the recollected plants.
