In the present investigation offer business professionals sciences Universidad César Vallejo Particular Labor Market analyzes of La Libertad region, period 2001-2010, specifically Licensed Public Accountants and Management of this university at the place and time indicated, exposure starting with a description of observable reality, the problematic reality, thebackground and rationale for the research, the research problem, theoretical framework, hypothesis, the main objective and the specific objectives, variables, dependent supply and independent demand for Accountants and Lawyers in Administration from the University Cesar Vallejo Trujillo, presenting the progress of two specific objectives, the establishment of which sectors of economic activity employees are these professionals and publicizing that charges involved in the companies in which they are working. The population and research sample constituent companies and institutions in the Region La Libertad and graduates and graduates of vocational schools of Business Administration and Accounting from Universidad César Vallejo, of the headquarters, Trujillo,during the study period.The objectives are being met through the analysis of documents and information from the Universidad Cesar Vallejo Trujillo, companies and institutions in the Region La Libertad where our graduates work and public organizations as INEI, Ministry of Labour and analysis results of related research, with the application of statistical software such as SPSS and spreadsheets such as EXCEL, we have been processing and enabled us so far to determine that 63% of graduates in management and 54% of CPAs are response to exercise and demand in the labor market.
