This academic article presents a proposal for deploying a web-based application designed to improve the digital marketing of architectural plans by integrating three different payment gateways (Stripe, Culqi, and Coingate) with a conversational agent powered by Gemini AI. The proposal stems from the need to enhance the security, efficiency, and reliability of the purchasing process in a sector that has historically operated informally, characterized by manual transactions, lengthy wait times, and inadequate technical support for users. The methodological framework employed is quantitative and descriptive, examining operational variables such as flow efficiency, transactional security, and the expected performance of the artificial intelligence. The anticipated results indicate that the integration of these technologies has the potential to significantly reduce the duration of the purchasing process, improve the perception of security, minimize operational errors, and increase user satisfaction. Furthermore, the Gemini AI agent is capable of automating technical support, handling inquiries, and guiding the buyer in selecting the most suitable plan. Overall, the proposal represents a feasible, contemporary, and scalable solution for the digital transformation of the architecture sector, as it offers a technological model that can be replicated in other areas related to the sale of digital products.
