ISO 45001 and its relationship to staff safety in the real estate sector, 2024

The present study took place in the city of Lambayeque – Chiclayo. The objective was to determine the relationship between the ISO 45001 standard and the safety of personnel in the real estate sector. To this end, a quantitative
research was carried out with a cross-sectional correlational-non-experimental design, using a questionnaire to collect the necessary data to measure both variables with their dimensions and key indicators. The problem of
the study covered the demand for real estate services which is increasing more and more and the operations are becoming more and more complex. This has made it very important to protect workers in all the tasks they
perform. However, many real estate companies still do not have good workplace safety practices. Therefore,
the case of Acuña Inmobiliaria will be studied. The study population was considered to be 40 workers from the Acuña Inmobiliaria company using the same amount of the sample as it is a small population. Finally, the results were analyzed to conclude with our research objectives, providing valuable results for the real estate sectors of
the region.
