For the proper functioning of the economic model of Social economy adopted by the Peru market, it is important that certain budgets are met. Thus, information about products and services offered on the market will allow that consumers can freely choose the one of your choice, which will encourage that operators compete to capture your preferences, thus, reducing the transaction costs, tending to make more efficient the relationships of consumption, all within the framework of development of the economic Constitution and economic citizenship exercise.
