Abstract

This work is framed within what is a perspective of the treatment of fundamental rights at the international level. Human rights always considered as protective foundations for the protection of the human being. In this way, aspects related to the international nature of these rights will be addressed, their protection both at the university and inter-American levels, as well as their evolution in the internal law of the different states; finally arriving at the arrival of the relevant conclusions.
