Web system to improve the Hotel Management of Tourism Investments L & B SAC - Hotel B'liam in the District of Tumbes, 2018

The purpose of this thesis was to improve Hotel Management in the company Inversiones Turísticas L&B SAC - Hotel B'liam in the District of Tumbes by means of the implementation of a Web System in 2018. The data for the development and results of the system were collected through surveys and recordings of observations of their weekly transactions, indicating that the average time spent searching for information has decreased by 88%. Clients have reduced the average time of room reservations by 69%. The administrative staff were able to reduce electronic reporting by 76% and increase their level of satisfaction by 46%. With the implementation of the proposed web system, it was possible to automate the process of room reservations by integrating a Front-end (web page) through which customers could make their reservations from the place where they were and generate their payment or cancellation of their commitments through the gateway payment system, Culqui and Visa link. Likewise, the requirements of the Company were met by placing and making a better interface of the Web system (Front-end and Back-end) manageable and understandable for the users (internal and external). In conclusion, it can be said that the Hotel Management System improved the processes of Inversiones Turísticas L&B SAC - Hotel B'liam, since it allows to take better control and automation as far as reservations, room control and reports are concerned.
