Web system B-Learning to improve the teaching methodology in the Communication Learning Area of the 2nd Year "A" of secondary school of the "Jorge Chávez" Educational Institution of Trujillo - 2017

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the teaching methodology in the area of communication learning in the 2nd grade "A" students of the "Jorge Chávez" Educational Institution of Trujillo. For this, information was obtained from surveys applied to the students, as well as from the observation of the processes that are carried out in the Institution; all this information was very important in the analysis of requirements which were focused on solving the objectives, reduce the average time in the delivery of resources and improve the level of satisfaction of the students with the methodology used. The T student test was used as the data analysis method and the development methodology used was Iconix. According to the objectives set out in the research, the results obtained after implementing the Web B-Learning system showed that it was possible to increase the amount of resources taught in the course by 21.1%, also reducing the time in the delivery of educational resources in a 77.71% and the one of answer of report of notes in a 48.65%; likewise, student satisfaction increased by 34.6%. The implemented system made it possible to automate the processes carried out in the educational Institution, with which it was concluded that the implementation of the Web B-Learning system significantly improves the teaching methodology in the Communication learning area of the 2nd Year "A" of secondary school of the "Jorge Chávez" Educational Institution of Trujillo.
