Web control procedures system to improve document management in the Regional Management of Transportation and Communications La Libertad 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación denominada: “Sistema de Control de Trámites vía Web para mejorar la Gestión The present investigation called: "System of Control of Procedures through Web to improve the Document Management in the Regional Management of Transports and Communications La Libertad 2017", was made with the purpose of improving the Documentary Management in the Regional Management of Transports and Communications in Libertadm reducing the process and search of documentary management, we used Experimental design of the Pre-Experimental type, which was necessary to compare the hypothesis, the total population was 29 people working in the different areas of the institution, for the The ICONIX methodology was used as a guide to develop the system and meet the objectives set. Additionally, various technologies were used to develop the application, such as the PHP 5.6 programming language, JavaScript, the MYSQL SERVER database management system and the Apache 2.2 Web server. It was concluded that the average processing time of the documentary process with the current system is 52.21 minutes and the average processing time of the document process with the proposed system is 6.58 minutes, which represents a decrease of 45.63 minutes, in a percentage of 87.40%. in the second indicator, the average time of access to the information of the documentary process with the current system is 37.84 minutes and the average time of access to the information of the documentary process with the proposed system is 2.45 minutes, which represents a  decrease of 35.39 minutes, in a percentage of 97.53%.
