Control system works from the web to improve monitoring processes in building services J & M construction company in the city of Trujillo

Abstract

The objective of the present investigation was to "Improve the monitoring of the processes in the construction services of the construction company J & M, through a control system of works on the web". It was performed applied, the design was experimental, for the data process we used the t and Z tests; Iconix methodology was used because of its rapid adaptability to the project The results obtained after implementation were: Reduction of the average time of contract registration in 3.57 minutes which represented a 27.27%, also the average time of assignment of tools per work In 4.15 minutes in percentage terms it is 15.88%, the time of registration of execution of activities per work decreased in 5.45 minutes that in percentage terms is 48.66% and the average time to generate reports of the works was reduced in 5.896 minutes which represents 43.37%, according to the calculations made for each indicator (4); This has helped J & M significantly improve its processes.
