The purpose of this study was to analyze human talent management strategies aimed at reducing staff turnover in a public hospital in Sullana during 2025. It developed an applied, quantitative approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive design. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 118 workers. The results showed that 31% of respondents stated that adequate talent development is almost always observed, while 22% indicated that this almost never occurred. 29% affirmed that a favorable work environment almost always exists. The study concludes that the hospital maintains constant efforts to manage human talent through strategies aimed at motivating and retaining its employees, although areas for improvement were identified in the transparency of promotion processes and equity in access to development opportunities.
