Open Access Policy

The UCV Hacer journal presents its content in open access and allows self-archiving of documents following the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), in which the Universidad César Vallejo sign.

UCV Hacer meets DOAJ's definition of open access: the copyright holder of an academic work grants usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent). This allows immediate free access to the work and allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of the articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.
