2. The author will present his article virtually through an email addressed to revistaucvhacer@ucv.edu.pe, attaching the Cover Letter (see Annex 01) and the correctly completed data sheet (see Annex 02). Likewise, through a Simple Affidavit (see Annex 03) you will acquire the commitment not to send the article simultaneously to other publication media. Works written in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese will be accepted.

3. To publish research works in our journal, the author or authors must have the ORCID code, which must be attached to the side of their name.

4. Sending a collaboration for publication implies that the author authorizes the UCV Hacer Journal to reproduce it by any means or support and at the time it deems appropriate, unless expressly waived by the latter. The acceptance of a work for publication assumes that the authors transfer the rights of editing, printing, production, dissemination and distribution to the UCV HACER Journal as a publication of the César Vallejo University.

5. The UCV HACER Journal and the César Vallejo University are not responsible for the opinions expressed in the works, as well as for the malpractice carried out by the collaborators in relation to their articles.

6. Receipt of a work does not imply a commitment to publication by UCV HACER Journal.

II. Presentation and acceptance of articles (Arbitration System)

Written works must respect the editorial standards (see point IV) established by the UCV HACER Journal, in addition to the grammatical and spelling standards of the Royal Spanish Academy (RAE). If a manuscript is written under the structure of a different format, it must be adapted to the established format.
All articles received will be filtered by a plagiarism system in order to verify the originality of the work and the percentage of coincidence.
All works will be subjected to a double-blind evaluation process, in which the collaboration will be sent to two external evaluators of recognized prestige without any indication of references to the authors.
In case of controversy in relation to the final publication opinion, the Editorial Committee will proceed to select the works according to the formal and content criteria.
The time considered from receipt to publication of the scientific article can vary between sixty to ninety calendar days depending on the editorial flow.

See review format.
