Abstract

In this work the design of a microclimate chamber is exposed to a maximum temperatura: 30 ° C and a minimum temperatura: 0 ° C for the company VITAPRO - Trujillo. For development, the needs of the company were stipulated in the interviews. Six camera concepts were analyzed using a selection matrix to provide the final design. Relative humidity was then estimated with mathematical models with respect to temperature. The thermal velocity with respect to time - temperature and finally the thermal load and tons of cooling to finally proceed to the selection of equipment; All this was done through a GUI (Graphical User Interface) developed in Matlab®. The microclimate chamber obtained the range of 30-80% relative humidity with respect to the temperature of 0-30 ° C and an optimum thermal speed, but with a maximum range of 60 minutes for both heating and cooling. The efficiency of the system is obtained by complying with COPt> COPr, also the thermal load of 1.2 kW is obtained and what is the power of the machinery of 1.8 kW, for the same as they are 2.4 hp and 0.5 tons of cooling. The GUI-Matlab® design methodology was very helpful for the thermal parametric design, HR and thermal speed because the expected results were obtained, a good protability of the product is expected (VAN 3903 and TIR 29%).
