Abstract

We studied the effect of 6-Bencylaminopurina (BAP) and indolacetic acid (AIA) in the stimulation of proliferation of buds in yolks of Dianthus caryophyllus L. “carnation” cultivated in vitro. It has been demonstrated that the combination of 3.0:1,5 mg/Lof 6-Bencylaminopurina / Sour Indolacético has generated the biggest number of buds with an average of 22 buds for yolk sowed in the means, in a period of time of 65 days and incubated to a temperature of 26 (2ºC, illumination 3000 lux and fotoperiodo 16/8 hrs. (light/darkness) using fluorescent of white light.
