Abstract

Below is a case study in applying the techniques of neurolinguistic programming and Emotional Freedom Technique on a client who have manifested Public Speaking Fear (MHP). The methodology followed was based on an integrative psychological approach, with strategies based on resource anchor to strengthen oral skills consultant also worked to diminish sensory submodalities negative memories associated with the MHP and emotions reduction associated to the same, favoring decreased. physiological symptoms, motor and cognitive. The results were assessed with the Scale SUDS and two projective test, the Test of Person in the Rain and The Test House - Tree - Person, before and after the intervention, the main results was the decrease in symptoms Speaking Fear in public, as the tremor in the legs, palmar hyperhidrosis and tachycardia, as well as avoidance of exposing or quick end to, in addition to the self and the perception of negative peer assessment.
